Everything was very good, including exceptional staff and perfect location close to Papagayo beach one of the best in Lanzarote. Loved a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a microwave oven in the room. Wasn't expecting to have kitchenette. The service was excellent with an early check-in. Particularly nice views, nice pool, good parking.

I spent 3 nights and would like to stay there on the next trip. Everything in hotel was brand-new, an average restaurant was a bonus. Themed room with lovely beds. Top-notch service and gentle workers. Also, it had parking nearby.

Worth every penny sea views, great food. For breakfast they offered croissants, yoghourt, hot waffles, eggs and pastries. The staff here were all very pleasant and totally professional. The beach was wonderful. Good service, very good value for money, just what was needed.

The staff was fabulous & everything was so perfect. I loved great size room with a safe, a sofa bed, iron and ironing board. The staff did all they can for a comfortable stay. Friendly reception. Found in a beautiful part of the town. The restaurant was stunning and food was savoury.
