Everything was very good, including exceptional staff and perfect location close to Papagayo beach one of the best in Lanzarote. Loved a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a microwave oven in the room. Wasn't expecting to have kitchenette. The service was excellent with an early check-in. Particularly nice views, nice pool, good parking.

We loved this fairly clean hotel with a very friendly reception. The most important was the staff - efficient and competent people.

I spent 3 nights and would like to stay there on the next trip. Everything in hotel was brand-new, an average restaurant was a bonus. Themed room with lovely beds. Top-notch service and gentle workers. Also, it had parking nearby.

Hotel was very clean, WiFi. Greatly enjoyed the air-conditioned rooms. Besides, for internet property charges EUR 8 per 24 hours. They have on-site restaurant called Baily Bar 2.

Worth its 4 stars. Decent base for travelling to Playa Blanca and exploring local places. There was a bar so close to the venue...

Parking was onsite. A great place for exploring Playa Blanca. Easy access to Lanzarote airport, which was about 35 minutes' drive away.
Nothing for me.
